Policies
The terms that keep participation in our Tahfeez programs clear and fair.
The Hub-Raqam submitted by the student or parent is a contribution towards the activities and operations of Qism al-Tahfeez Madras. It is not intended/given or taken for individual classes. This support ensures the continuity and quality of all Tahfeez programs offered by Qism al-Tahfeez Madras.
- Hub-Raqam Contributions are organized on a semester basis, with each semester covering a period of 3 months.
- Hub-Raqam submissions are committed by the student for all four semesters of the year – 12 months (aligned with the Gregorian calendar), regardless of holiday breaks such as Ashara Mubaraka or absences. Hub-Raqam submissions remain unaffected by student attendance or any period of absence within the semester.
- Qism al-Tahfeez Madras is committed to providing the full instructional days required each year. To achieve this, additional classes are scheduled on Saturdays as needed.
- Regular class days are Monday to Friday, with Saturdays for additional classes if required. Classes on Saturday will be scheduled on an as needed basis.
- If a student wishes to discontinue, written notice must be provided before the beginning of the upcoming month. This allows for the student's name to be removed from our roster in a timely manner.
- If a student rejoins the program after discontinuation, the applicable Registration Amount must be submitted again upon each re-enrolment, irrespective of the duration of the break.
- Students will be able to begin their next Juz or next Surat (for Mubtade'een) only if their Hub-Raqam Commitments up to the current month are clear. In case Hub-Raqam remains pending, the respective Muhaffiz will not be able to commence the next Juz or Surat until dues are cleared.
- A student's classes may be suspended if their Hub-Raqam Commitment is not submitted by the 5th of the month. To prevent such a scenario, Qism al-Tahfeez Madras will provide reminders and one notification prior to taking this step. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to supporting timely submissions.
- Fees levied by ElearningQuran (e.g., Annual Subscription, Maraahil Ikhtibar, Branch Transfer, etc.) must be paid directly through the student's ElearningQuran account. These fees are independent of Qism al-Tahfeez Madras, which neither levies nor administers them.
