Leave must be submitted through the portal. All leave is unpaid. Inform in advance wherever possible.
Hub Raqam details and due dates will be communicated by the administration.
On-site attendance is preferred. Online attendance is recorded as Present – Online when permitted.
Discontinuation is recorded by authorised staff.
Institute facilities are an amanat and must be treated with care.
